Description
Description
The “Grande Rocim” is an exceptional wine and was designed to be the best wine of Herdade do Rocim. It only appears in small quantities and in exceptional years. Vinification and aging of the Grande Rocim Grande Reserva Branco: Manual harvest in 12 kg boxes. Cold skin maceration for a period of 12 hours. Start of fermentation in a cement tank. Completion of fermentation in 500 L French oak barrels. The wine aged for 12 months in 500 L French oak barrels.
