    Vinification of Crasto Tinto Magnum Wine: the harvested grapes transported in 22 kg boxes undergo a rigorous sorting at the winery entrance, before being destemmed, crushed, and transferred to stainless steel fermentation tanks where they ferment with controlled temperature for a period of 7 days.
