Description
Description
The soils are clayey in nature, with some clay-sandy patches and good drainage. The wide slopes at the foot of the Serra de Montejunto benefit from excellent sun exposure and their proximity to the Atlantic Ocean gives them a natural acidity. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, with 20% of the batch aged in French oak barrels.
