Surrounded by bushes and forests, Quinta do Gradil in the 16th century was inhabited by partridges, hares, foxes, and deer. This range, which expresses the purity of each grape variety, is a tribute to the biodiversity surrounding the vineyards and reaffirms our commitment to the environment. Vinification of Quinta do Gradil Tannat Red: The fermentation took place in stainless steel conical tanks lasting 7 days. Then, 30% of the batch aged for 9 months in new French and American oak barrels.
