Description
Quinta do Noval Reserva redWine making: This wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks for 10 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. Part of the malolactic fermentation is finished in barrels. 65% Touriga Nacional, 25% Field Blend, 10% Touriga Francesa from the vineyards of Quinta do Noval. The wine is aged entirely in 225-liter French oak barrels for 10 months, 35% in new barrels.
