Static decantation for 48 hours and alcoholic fermentation by grape variety in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Aging: After alcoholic fermentation is completed, the wine ages “sur lies” in stainless steel tanks for three months. After bottling, it rests in the bottle for two months.
