    Winemaking of Cabriz Reserva White Wine (Encruzado): Total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification, and alcoholic fermentation at 15ºC. 50% of the wine fermented in new French Oak barrels with light toasting. Aging: 3 months of stirring on the lees and 2 months in the bottle.
