Registration

Orders and Vintages
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. In case of stock shortage, the customer will be contacted to choose between replacement, modification, or refund.
In the specific case of wines with a vintage indication, the customer expressly agrees, by completing the purchase and accepting these Terms and Conditions, that Azdrinks may send the most recent vintage of the same product when the advertised vintage is sold out, with all other product characteristics (brand, type, denomination, and price) remaining unchanged.
Prices and Payments
All prices shown include VAT at the current legal rate. Promotions are valid during the announced period or until stock runs out. Azdrinks reserves the right to update prices and information without prior notice.

By making a purchase on the Azdrinks website, the User declares to be over 18 years old and to comply with current laws regarding the purchase and consumption of alcoholic beverages. Azdrinks reserves the right to cancel any order that violates this condition.
