Porto Calem is a Port Wine with profiles aged 10/20/30/40 years, produced by Calem in the Douro region, Portugal. Made from Tinta Barroca, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, and Touriga Nacional, it reveals a concentrated and voluptuous nose, with woody aromas, honey notes, and delicate hints of spices. On the palate, it is magnificently structured, with firm and polished tannins; the texture is smooth and sweet, with excellent persistence and a very spicy finish. It pairs perfectly with egg sweets and desserts with dried fruits. Awarded Gold Medal, International Wine Challenge; 95-97 pts, Decanter Magazine; 18.5 pts, Revista de Vinhos. Available at Azdrinks.
