Azdrinks always analyzes which countries have or do not have certain restrictions on the entry of our products. However, it is important to mention that the responsibility for identifying the various restrictions does not depend solely on us. If this happens, we cannot be held responsible for shipments made to countries where the respective law does not allow the entry of our products or imposes import taxes, and the seizure or retention of the respective order is the customer's responsibility. In case of product returns, we can only refund the amount of the merchandise.
Azdrinks ships to the following countries: Portugal (Mainland), Spain (Peninsular), France, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Macau, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Poland, Denmark, Slovakia, Lithuania, Italy, Croatia, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Finland, Romania, Greece, Bulgaria, the Republic of Ireland, and the United States. If the country to which you wish to place your order is not available on our list, please contact us at orders@azdrinks.com so that we can assess the possibility of making the shipment.

Depending on the selected shipping service, orders placed at Azdrinks can be delivered every day of the week. Shipping costs vary depending on the chosen service, as well as the origin and destination selected. Express and standard deliveries are available for all destinations. All relevant delivery options available for your order and destination will be displayed at checkout.

The customer should take into account that shipping times are estimated times. Delivery times may change due to external factors such as holidays, weekends, festive dates, time zones, and customs clearance. If the carrier attempts delivery and the customer is not at home at the time of receipt, the delivery time may be affected;
In general, after dispatch, orders take to be delivered:
o Between 3 and 5 business days in Mainland Portugal;
o Between 3 and 5 business days in Mainland Spain;
o Between 5 and 7 business days to France, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Austria;
o Between 8 and 13 business days to the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Macau, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, South Korea;
o Between 6 and 9 business days to Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Poland, Denmark, Slovakia, Lithuania, Italy, Croatia, Sweden, Estonia, and Latvia;
o Between 8 and 11 business days to Finland, Romania, Greece, and Bulgaria;
o Between 8 and 13 business days to the Republic of Ireland;
o Between 4 and 5 weeks to the United States
How can I track my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an email containing all the details. We may also contact you if we need more information to verify your payment. Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 1–2 business days. We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. You can also track your order by logging into your account, or if you chose guest checkout, you can track your order status here.

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please send an email to orders@azdrinks.com as soon as possible. We will do our utmost to meet your request. However, once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or changed. If you have received your order and wish to return it, please send an email to orders@azdrinks.com. Once we have received your returned item, we will process a refund or an exchange, as requested. We will send you an email confirming your cancelled order. If your order has already been prepared, we cannot cancel your order – but we offer a Free Returns service. Orders can be paid by Multibanco (ATM), credit card, Mbway, and Paypal. In cases of bank transfer, always mention your order number on the receipt. Azdrinks does not take responsibility for any delays caused by the lack of this information. The proof of payment must be sent with the order number to the email: orders@azdrinks.com. Orders will be processed immediately after payment.
