Return and Refund Policy
1. General Information
The azdrinks website is owned by DIRECT2ACTION UNIPESSOAL LDA, which is responsible for all sales, shipments, returns, and refunds made through the online store.
2. Right of Return
The customer has the right to return purchased products within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that:
• The product must be new, unused, and unopened;
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation;
• Proof of purchase or invoice must be presented.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, the customer must first contact DIRECT2ACTION UNIPESSOAL LDA via email: orders@azdrinks.com, indicating the order number.
4. Return Costs
• When the return is due to the customer’s decision or fault, the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. These costs correspond to the same fees applied to the original order shipment.
• When the return is due to an error by DIRECT2ACTION UNIPESSOAL LDA (defective product or incorrect shipment), the company will cover the shipping and return collection costs.
Returns can be made by in-store delivery or by postal shipment, according to instructions provided after contact.
5. Defective Products or Incorrect Shipments
If a manufacturing defect or shipping error is confirmed, the product will be exchanged or refunded at no additional cost to the customer.
6. Exclusions
Returns are not accepted for:
• Used, opened, or altered products;
• Products damaged by misuse, negligence, or improper storage;
• Products seized by customs authorities due to local legislation.
7. International Orders and Customs
• The customer is responsible for verifying whether the destination country’s laws allow the import of alcoholic beverages.
• For shipments outside the European Economic Area, any customs duties, taxes, or associated costs are the customer's responsibility.
• Orders refused by the customer, without fault of the store, will be refunded minus shipping costs and any customs fees.
8. Refunds
• The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
• Whenever possible, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
• If this is not possible, an alternative method will be agreed with the customer.
9. Exchanges
• The product must meet all conditions stated in this policy;
• Any price differences will be adjusted between the parties.
