    Description

    Vinification of Beyra Rosé Wine 2022: Hand-picked grapes, reception with total destemming and immediate crushing, with skin contact for a short period. Fermentation between 16 - 17ºC with indigenous yeasts. Aging for 4 months in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
