Description
The grapes that gave rise to this wine come from the sub-region of Douro Superior, we selected vineyard plots over 30 years old which allowed us this standard of quality, concentration, and complexity. Reception of the grapes with total destemming and crushing. Regular and controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Light skin macerations with an automatic pumping-over system. Complete malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
