Description
Vinification of Dona Ermelinda Grande Reserva Red Wine: Fermentation in stainless steel lagar vats with cold maceration for 7 days, alcoholic fermentation for 10 days followed by post-fermentation skin maceration for 15 days. Aged for 18 months in French Oak half-barrels followed by 18 months aging in the bottle.
