    Around the 1940s Abílio Ferreira de Carvalho developed a recipe for Ginja Liqueur in a small Tavern. This recipe has been preserved in the liqueur to this day, always maintaining quality and family tradition. The liqueur is produced from fruits of the Ginjais, carefully selected to probably produce one of the best liqueurs in the World - Mariquinhas Ginja
