    Description

    Winemaking of Lello White Wine: Upon arrival at the cellar, the grapes are pressed, using only the free-run juice. This is followed by a cold static settling, after which the juice is separated from the lees. Fermentation begins at a controlled temperature between 14-16 ºC. After the alcoholic fermentation ends, the wine rests on the fine lees for 4 months.
