    Description

    Vinification of Manoella Vinhas Velhas Red: The harvest took place in perfect atmospheric conditions on September 8. The properly selected and destemmed grapes were foot-trodden for 12 hours in granite lagares, after which they fermented in vats for 8 days. The aging took place in neutral French oak barrels for 16 months.
