Mateus Rose

Mateus Rosé is a light, fresh, young, and slightly "pétillant" wine. Its quality, extreme versatility, and consistent style make it the ideal wine to accompany life's good moments. The vinification follows the traditional method of white wines, and the fermentation takes place slowly, without grape skins, in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature of 16ºC. After fining, cold stabilization follows, after which the wines are filtered and bottled. The entire process is extremely careful to consistently ensure the maintenance of Mateus's unique style, color, and freshness.
