Made 100% from the Pinot Noir grape, it underwent a 6-month aging process in used French oak barrels (33%), new barrels (33%), and stainless steel tanks (33%). With a strong gastronomic profile, due to its excellent acidity, it is especially recommended to accompany more exotic dishes, such as gratinated oysters, sushi, paella, or prawn curry.
