    Description

    Vinification of Aveleda Alvarinho Vinho Verde: A sui generis varietal with Alvarinho grapes from 2 distinct terroirs in the Vinho Verde Region, giving a unique personality to the queen grape of Portuguese white wines. The harvest is done at night to ensure the freshness of the grapes and the preservation of their aromatic properties. At the winemaking center, they undergo gentle pressing at low pressure. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out at controlled temperatures, followed by aging in stainless steel tanks, during which the lees are kept in suspension, allowing the wine to gain structure and extract the maximum aromas from the grape.
