Alvarinho Soalheiro First Vines 2024

Vinification of the Alvarinho Soalheiro Primeiras Vinhas Vinho Verde: The grapes, exclusively of the Alvarinho variety, are handpicked into small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short period of time. After pressing, the obtained must decants for 48 hours, followed by fermentation at controlled temperature. The fermentation occurs mainly in stainless steel (about 15% of the total volume ferments in used oak barrels), with the fine lees maintained until the beginning of May, the month in which bottling takes place.
