Cinzano Rosso "1757" 1 liter is an Aperitif from Piedmont, crafted by Cinzano. On the nose, it reveals complex notes of spices, wood, and roots, softened by vanilla, dried fruits — especially fig — and the unmistakable floral signature of absinthe. On the palate, the dried fig opens to clove, nutmeg, pepper, and cinnamon, with nuances of wood, roots, and bark like licorice, rounded by vanilla and alpine flowers.
