Espumante Messias Grande Cuvée Blanc De Blancs Bruto is a benchmark sparkling wine produced by Caves Messias in the Bairrada region, Portugal. Made from Chardonnay, it features a very elegant aroma with notes of green citrus wrapped in the complexity of aging “sur lies” in the cellar, suggesting toasted bread and almonds. On the palate, the mousse is smooth and the acidity crisp, creating a fine, balanced, and persistent ensemble, ideal for celebrating moments and pairing with cuisine.
