    Description

    The grape varieties Antão Vaz and Semillon were chosen, one Portuguese and one foreign. These grapes, harvested separately, are pressed as soon as they arrive at the winery and then the musts are clarified statically, influenced by the cold. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, after inoculation with selected yeasts. The fermentation occurs in the cold chamber at a temperature of 10-12ºC.
