    Vinification made in granite lagares. Grapes not destemmed with 1 day of pre-fermentative maceration followed by 2 days of fermentation with racking occurring at 8ºBaumé. Its aging in the first 3 years and thereafter takes place in oak barrels and 600-liter casks.
