Licor Poncha Traditional

Poncha is a typically Madeiran drink, originated on the Island of Madeira in the mid-18th century, by the English. Throughout the 19th century, poncha was a drink widely consumed within Madeiran families. Currently, the tradition of poncha remains very much alive among Madeirans and the tools used to assist in the preparation of these drinks have not changed much in their essence.
