    Shipments

    Available countries for shipping?


    Az Drinks always analyzes which countries have or do not have certain restrictions on the entry of our products. However, it is important to mention that the responsibility for identifying the various restrictions does not depend solely on us. If it happens, we cannot be held responsible for shipments made to countries where the respective law does not allow the entry of our products or imposes import taxes, with the seizure or retention of the respective order being the customer's responsibility. In case of product returns, we can only refund the amount of the merchandise.

    Shipping information

    Depending on the shipping service selected, orders made at Az Drinks can be delivered every day of the week. Shipping costs vary depending on the selected service, as well as the origin of the chosen destination. Express and standard deliveries are available for all destinations. All relevant delivery options available for your order and your destination will be displayed at checkout.

    What will be the estimated delivery time?

    The forecast for the delivery of the order is 2 to 3 business days in mainland Portugal, 3 to 5 business days in the islands, about 5 to 7 business days in Europe, and between 7 to 10 business days in the rest of the world, from the date of receipt of the order by Az Drinks.

    How can I track my order?


    After placing your order, you will receive an email containing all the details. We may also contact you if we need more information to verify your payment. Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 2 business days. Depending on your location and the chosen shipping method, delivery takes 2-6 business days after dispatch. We will keep the customer updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. You can also track your order by logging into your account, or if you chose guest checkout, you can track your order status here. 

    Can I cancel an order?


    Changed your mind? 

    If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to orders@azdrinks.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to fulfill your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be canceled or modified. If you have received your order and wish to return it, please send an email to orders@ardrinks.com. Once we receive your returned item, we will process a refund or exchange as requested. We will send you an email confirming your canceled order. If your order has already been prepared, we cannot cancel your order - but we offer a Free Returns service.     Payments

    What are the accepted payment methods?


    Orders can be paid by Multibanco (ATM), credit card, Mbway, and Paypal. In cases of bank transfer, always mention your order number on the receipt. Az Drinks does not assume responsibility for any delays caused by the lack of this information. The proof of payment must be sent with the order number to the email: orders@azdrinks.com. Orders will be processed immediately after payment.

    Are my personal data safe?

    We keep your personal data private and confidential and only disclose it with your consent or if legally permitted. For more details, please refer to the Az Drinks Privacy Policy.

    Returns and Refunds

    How many days do I have to return the order?

    azdrinks.com/FRENETIKTENDENCY, LDA, recognizes all its customers' right to cancel their orders, allowing them to return the products purchased within 14 (fourteen) days, under the terms of Decree-Law 143/2001 and Decree-Law 82/2008 of 20/05.

    How do I return the order?

    To request an exchange or return, the customer is asked to contact Az Drinks via the email orders@azdrinks.com, indicating the order number or the document number that accompanied the order.

    How long does it take to process the return?

    All efforts will be made to ensure an immediate refund. Returns to azdrinks.com are processed within 14 days after (i) receiving the cancellation notification of the order by the Customer or (ii) the returned product. A confirmation email will be sent as soon as your return has been processed and your account has been credited. Refunds can only be issued in the same form that was used for payment.

    Are there costs associated with the return?

    There are no return costs, they are free.
