These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website www.azdrinks.com, owned by Frenetiksearch Lda, NIF: 514545305, headquartered at Praceta Augusto Soucasaux N 109, 4750-262 Barcelos, Portugal, hereinafter referred to as AZdrinks.

By using this website, the User agrees to: (i) provide correct, current, and complete information at registration; (ii) maintain the security of their password and identification; and (iii) keep their data updated. All collected data is intended for billing and commercial relationship management purposes and is treated confidentially.

Azdrinks complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and does not disclose personal data to third parties without consent, except for legal obligations. Register
To make purchases on www.azdrinks.com, the User must register as a client and accept these Terms and Conditions.
Password

My account
The User manages their personal data, addresses, and order history in the account area. In cases of misuse of the site, and without prejudice to the applicable legal framework, Azdrinks may cancel the User's registration, remove orders and/or associated content.
Orders and vintages
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. In case of stock shortage, the customer will be contacted to choose between replacement, modification, or refund.
In the specific case of wines with a vintage indication, the customer expressly accepts, upon completing the purchase and accepting these Terms and Conditions, that Azdrinks may send the most recent vintage of the same product when the announced vintage is sold out, with all other characteristics of the item (brand, type, denomination, and price) remaining unchanged.
Prices and payments
All indicated prices include VAT at the legal rate in force. Promotions are valid during the announced period or until stock runs out. Azdrinks reserves the right to update prices and information without prior notice.

By making a purchase on the Azdrinks website, the User declares to be over 18 years old and to comply with the current legislation regarding the purchase and consumption of alcoholic beverages. Azdrinks reserves the right to cancel any order that violates this condition.
