Refunds and Returns
Az Drinks recognizes the consumer's right of free cancellation of the contract within 14 days from the receipt of the products, under the applicable legislation. To exercise this right, follow the instructions below.
How to request an exchange or return. Send an email to orders@azdrinks.com indicating the order number (or the document number that accompanied the order) and describe the reason for the request. We will respond with the next steps and, when applicable, with the return label.
- Product condition. For returns within the legal period, the item must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, preferably in the original packaging, with all accessories and promotional offers included, and accompanied by the proof of purchase/invoice.
- Defective products or incorrect shipments. If the product is defective or has been sent incorrectly, Azdrinks assumes the costs of collection and reshipment, provided you contact us within 14 days after receipt and send us photographic evidence of the problem.
- Validation and refund. After receipt and verification at our facilities, if everything is in order, we proceed with the refund by the same payment method used (except for technical impossibility) or an alternative solution previously agreed with you. Banking/PayPal deadlines may vary.
- Origin defects. Confirmed by technical evaluation as an origin defect or raw material defect, we will make the exchange of the product or the full refund, at no cost to the customer.
- Exclusions. We do not accept returns of used, altered, or incomplete items. Azdrinks is not responsible for deficiencies resulting from incorrect use, negligence, poor storage conditions, or force majeure causes.
- Transport damages. At the time of delivery, check the external condition of the packaging. If you detect damages, register it on the carrier's delivery note and photograph the packaging and product. Notify us of the occurrence as soon as possible, attaching photos and the order number.
International returns and fees. For shipments to countries with restrictions or import taxes, the customer is responsible for ensuring local requirements. If the order returns due to customs impediment or non-payment of fees at the destination, we will refund the value of the merchandise received back in good condition, deducting applicable logistical costs.
Return address. It will be provided in the return authorization email, along with the label and instructions (when applicable). Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
