Prices and Payments
Payment methods. We accept Multibanco, Credit/Debit Card (includes 3D Secure), MB WAY and PayPal. Order processing begins after payment confirmation.
Bank transfer. If you choose transfer, always indicate the order number in the description. Lack of this information may cause processing delays. Send the proof to orders@azdrinks.com. The order will be processed after receipt/validation of payment.
Currency and taxes. Prices are shown in euros (EUR), with taxes and fees included, and do not include shipping fees (calculated at checkout). The applied VAT rate corresponds to the one in effect on the order date. Any legal change in VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the prices.
Price updates and typographical errors. Azdrinks reserves the right to update prices, promotions and shipping costs at any time. In case of an obvious price/description error (writing, printing, or calculation), we may cancel the order before shipping and proceed with the respective full refund of the amount paid.
Campaigns and discounts. Promotional codes and campaigns have their own rules (deadline, eligibility, and usage limit) communicated at the time of their announcement. Unless otherwise indicated, discounts cannot be combined.
Payment security. Electronic payments are processed by certified providers. We use secure connections (TLS/SSL) and strong authentication mechanisms (e.g., 3D Secure on cards) to protect data. Azdrinks does not store full card data.
Invoicing. The invoice is issued with the data provided at checkout. To update VAT number or invoicing details after the purchase, contact us as soon as possible via orders@azdrinks.com.
Refunds. When applicable, refunds are made by the same payment method used for the purchase (barring technical impossibility), after validation and within the communicated deadline. Bank/PayPal processing times may vary.
