Prices and Payments

Payment methods. We accept Multibanco, Credit/Debit Card (includes 3D Secure), MB WAY and PayPal. Order processing begins after payment confirmation.

Bank transfer. If you choose transfer, always indicate the order number in the description. The absence of this information may cause delays in processing. Please send the proof to orders@azdrinks.com. The order will be processed after successful receipt/validation of payment.

Currency and taxes. Prices are shown in euros (EUR), with taxes and fees included, and do not include shipping costs (calculated at checkout). The VAT rate applied corresponds to the rate in effect on the order date. Any legal change in VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the prices.

Price validity and updates. The prices and conditions shown are valid on the order date and confirmed before payment completion. Azdrinks reserves the right to update prices, promotions, and shipping costs at any time. In case of obvious price or description error (writing, printing, or calculation), we may cancel the order before shipping and to proceed with the respective full refund of the amount paid.

Campaigns and discounts. Promotional codes and campaigns have their own rules (duration, eligibility, and usage limits) communicated at the time of their announcement. Unless otherwise indicated, discounts cannot be combined.

Payment security. Electronic payments are processed by certified providers. We use secure connections (TLS/SSL) and strong authentication mechanisms (e.g., 3D Secure on cards) to protect data. Azdrinks does not store complete card data and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding the processing of personal data in payment operations.

Invoicing. The invoice is issued with the data provided at checkout. To update VAT number or invoicing details after purchase, contact us as soon as possible via orders@azdrinks.com.

Refunds. When applicable, refunds are made through the same payment method used for the purchase (except technical impossibility), after validation and within the communicated timeframe. Banking/PayPal processing times may vary.

Fraud protection. In cases of suspected fraud or misuse of payment methods, Azdrinks reserves the right to temporarily suspend the order until legitimacy is verified.
