Azdrinks is responsible for the website www.azdrinks.com (hereinafter “website”) and commits to ensuring the privacy of its users' personal data.

When accessing the website, technical data (temporary) are automatically collected for connection configuration, system security, and site optimization purposes: IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, volume of data transferred, success indication, browser and operating system identification, referrer page, and Internet provider.

2.2 Registration and orders. To create an account and manage orders/deliveries we may request data such as name, email, address, and VAT number, necessary for invoicing, shipping, and warranties.

2.3 Communications. We may use the data to send information related to orders or campaigns, subject to the user's prior consent.

2.4 The user guarantees that the data provided is true and commits to communicating any changes.

2.5 The processing of personal data is based on legal grounds, namely: (i) contract execution or pre-contractual measures; (ii) compliance with legal obligations; (iii) legitimate interest of Azdrinks; or (iv) consent of the data subject, when applicable.

3. Data retention period

We retain data for the period necessary to comply with legal and contractual obligations. In the absence of a specific legal term, data is kept up to 2 years after the user's last interaction with the website, then deleted.

4.1 Without prejudice to legal obligations, data is not disclosed to third parties without explicit consent.

12. Applicable law and dispute resolution
