Deliveries and Orders
Order request. By placing an order on this site, you are making a purchase proposal for the selected products, according to the General Terms of Sale. Azdrinks makes its products available within the limits of existing stock. Access to www.azdrinks.com implies knowledge of the terms of use, as well as the policies applicable to the content and services.
Processing and confirmation. After confirming payment, the order enters processing. In cases of stock shortage, we will contact you to propose an alternative, adjust quantities, or proceed with the refund of the unavailable item(s).
Indicative delivery times. Deliveries take place on business days. Under normal conditions, the estimated time is 2–3 business days for Mainland Portugal, 3–5 business days for Autonomous Regions, about 5–7 business days in Europe and 7–10 business days for the rest of the world, counted from the receipt of the order. Delivery times may vary due to reasons beyond Azdrinks's control, including periods of high demand, weather conditions, or logistical constraints.
Import restrictions and taxation. Azdrinks generally verifies known restrictions for shipping beverages alcoholic beverages. Still, the responsibility for final verification of local restrictions, licenses, taxes, and import fees lies with the customer. If the order is returned due to customs blockage or non-payment of fees at the destination, only the value of the merchandise will be refunded received back in good condition, minus applicable logistical costs.
Shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight/volume, destination, and selected service. Promotional shipping campaigns may exist for a limited time and will be clearly marked when applicable.
Packaging and preservation. Bottles are shipped in packaging suitable for transport, with reinforced protection. We store products under temperature and humidity control to preserve their quality until the moment of shipment.
Tracking and delivery. Whenever available, we will send tracking information after shipment. Make sure the address and contacts provided are correct and that someone is available to receive the order during the expected period. Redeliveries or address changes may incur additional costs charged by the carrier.
Receipt and verification. Upon delivery, check the external condition of the packages. If you detect visible damage, record the incident on the carrier's delivery note and photograph the packaging and the product(s). Any anomaly should be reported to Azdrinks as soon as possible, attaching the order number and photographic evidence.
Incorrect data or absence of receipt. Orders returned due to incorrect address, inaccessible contacts, or prolonged absence at the delivery location may result in reshipment after regularization of new shipping costs.
