Deliveries and Orders

    Order request. By placing an order on this site, you are making a purchase offer for the selected products, according to the General Terms of Sale. Azdrinks provides its items within the limits of available stock. Accessing www.azdrinks.com implies knowledge of the terms of use, as well as the policies applicable to the content and services.

    When purchasing wines, I agree to receive the most recent vintage if the selected one is not available.

    Processing and confirmation. After payment confirmation, the order enters processing. In case of stock shortage, we will contact you to propose an alternative, adjust quantities, or proceed with a refund for the unavailable item(s).

    Estimated delivery times. Our deliveries are generally made between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, only on business days;
    • Orders are processed in the order they are received and shipped. Generally, on the next business day. They will only be shipped after payment confirmation;
    • Customers should consider that shipping times are estimated. Delivery times may change due to external factors such as holidays, weekends, festive dates, time zones, and customs clearance. If the carrier attempts delivery and the customer is not home at the time of receipt, delivery time may be affected;
    • Generally, after shipment, orders take to be delivered:
    o Between 3 and 5 business days in Mainland Portugal;
    o Between 3 and 5 business days in Peninsular Spain;
    o Between 5 and 7 business days to France, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, and Austria;
    o Between 8 and 13 business days to the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Macau, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, South Korea
    o Between 6 and 9 business days to Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Poland, Denmark, Slovakia, Lithuania, Italy, Croatia, Sweden, Estonia, and Latvia;
    o Between 8 and 11 business days to Finland, Romania, Greece, and Bulgaria;
    o Between 8 and 13 business days to the Republic of Ireland
    o Between 4 and 5 weeks to the United States;

    Import restrictions and taxes. Azdrinks generally checks known restrictions for shipping alcoholic beverages. However, the final responsibility for verifying local restrictions, licenses, taxes, and import fees lies with the customer. If the order is returned due to customs blockage or non-payment of fees at the destination, only the value of the merchandise returned in good condition will be refunded, minus applicable logistics costs.

    Shipping costs. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight/volume, destination, and selected service. Promotional shipping campaigns may exist for a limited time and will be clearly indicated when applicable.

    Packaging and preservation. Bottles are packed appropriately for transport, with reinforced protection. We store products under temperature and humidity control to preserve their quality until shipment.

    Tracking and delivery. Whenever available, we will send tracking information after shipment. Please ensure the address and contact details provided are correct and that someone is available to receive the order during the expected period. Redeliveries or address changes may incur additional costs charged by the carrier.

    Receipt and inspection. Upon delivery, check the external condition of the packages. If you notice visible damage, record the incident on the carrier’s delivery note and photograph the package and product(s). Any anomaly should be reported to Azdrinks as soon as possible, attaching the order number and photographic evidence. Delivery of alcoholic beverages requires the signature of an adult of legal drinking age 18/21 years.

    Incorrect data or failure to receive. Orders returned due to incorrect address, inaccessible contacts, or prolonged absence at the delivery location may be reshipped after regularizing the costs of the new shipment.

    • Azdrinks is not responsible for international shipments that may be held at the destination country’s customs, and these costs are borne by the customer;
    • All items for sale are subject to available stock. Orders are processed in the order they are received and only shipped after payment confirmation. In case of temporary or permanent stock shortage, the customer will be informed and, whenever possible, an alternative product with similar characteristics will be suggested. If not possible, the full amount will be refunded to the customer at no additional cost;
    • All prices shown are in Euros including VAT at the current legal rate;
