Description
Vinification of Meandro Red Wine: After crushing, the grapes undergo a thermal shock followed by foot treading for four hours in granite lagares. The must is transferred to small capacity fermentation tanks with temperature control. The grape varieties are vinified separately. This wine aged in second and third year 225-liter French Allier oak barrels. It aged for 14 months in second and third year barrels.
