The estate benefited from a summer marked by high temperatures, mild nights, and timely, punctual rainfall in September, favoring complete phenolic ripening. The harvest was carried out manually, with a double selection of the grape clusters, followed by carefully controlled fermentation to maximize the potential of each grape variety.
