Description
The Quinta dos Aciprestes surrounds the Douro River with its gentle slopes, in an area completely replanted with the noblest varieties of the Demarcated Douro Region. Located between the sub-regions of Cima-Corgo and Alto Douro, its vineyards benefit from a microclimate that offers ideal conditions for grape ripening. Vinification of Quinta dos Aciprestes Grande Reserva Red Wine: Fermentation and maceration take place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. 50% of the wine ages in new French oak barrels for a period of 18 months, under the best aging conditions.
