Quinta Monte D'oiro Ex-aequo Red 2017

Located in Alenquer, Quinta do Monte D'Oiro has been known since the 17th century as a privileged place for producing great wines. The goal of producer José Bento dos Santos, a well-known communicator and promoter of gastronomy and wines, is to create high-quality wines in a European style, respecting the existing terroir – a unique combination of soils and climate. In the Monte D'Oiro vineyard, the grape varieties Syrah, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Petit Verdot, and Viognier are planted, with which the producer has crafted some of the most acclaimed wines in Portugal and worldwide.
