Mirabilis Tinto is inspired by the line of great wines of the world, where textures, aromas, gravity, and transparency are created. After the careful selection of the best plots and a meticulous harvest, this batch confronts the origin of the raw material, setting aside the concept of terroir. It is a unique wine, not replicable year after year, with a heterogeneous composition of small quantities, few liters from each of our best barrels, undergoing a long tasting expertise until the final result. Mirabilis reflects the most profound vintages of Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo, manifesting in a dense wine, intense in aromas, three-dimensional, with enormous physical persistence, deep and very precise. A wine that exceeds our understanding and calmly approaches human maturity. Aging: 12 months
