Quinta Poco Lobo Red Brut 2021

The grapes harvested at the ideal moment of ripeness for the production of the base wine for sparkling wine fermented, after total destemming, in a stainless steel tank at controlled temperature, followed by malolactic fermentation after racking. The production, following the classic method, began at the beginning of 2018 with the tirage, with the refermentation taking place in the cellar for 24 days at 14 ºC, followed by a bottle aging period on lees of 5 months.
