Quintas De Melgaço Reserva Brut Alvarinho 2019

Vinification of the Quintas de Melgaço Reserva Bruto Sparkling Wine: Gentle pressing and cold settling for 12 to 36 hours at a controlled temperature between 12ºC-16ºC. Fermentation up to 15 days with temperature control between 16ºC-18ºC. To this fine and aromatic base wine, yeasts and a tirage liqueur are added, fermenting in the bottle for 12 months at a controlled temperature between 10ºC-12ºC. Aging in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature and regular lees stirring for 3 to 6 months. Fermentation for 12 months in the bottle before disgorgement.
