Description
Description
R de Romaneira Red Wine Vinification and aging: The wine was vinified in cone-shaped tanks, equipped with temperature control, at a temperature of 25 to 27ºC and using the remontage technique four times a day. It underwent malolactic fermentation also in stainless steel tanks. This batch of R consists of 90% wine without aging in wood and 10% in second and third year French oak barrels for a period of 11 months.
