    Vinification of Reibeiro Santo Reserva Red Wine: Manual harvest. Total destemming. Maceration for 24h at low temperature before starting alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Gentle pump-overs for extraction of color and aromas. Racking to new and used 500L French oak barrels, for 9 months, previously used in white wine fermentation.
