Description
Description
Vinification of Ribeiro Santo Red Wine: The grapes were completely destemmed into small stainless steel tanks, where they macerated for 24 hours at low temperature before starting alcoholic fermentation. The fermentation lasted about 15 days with controlled temperature and gentle pump-overs for good extraction of color and aromas. After fermentation, it was racked into a stainless steel tank, where it naturally settled until bottling time.
