Royal Oporto Extra Dry White

The Royal Oporto Extra Dry stands out from other White Portos due to its dry characteristic, resulting from the late interruption of fermentation. Produced from traditional grape varieties of the region and aged in oak barrels for 3 years, this Dry White Porto is made using the same technical procedures used for other types of Port Wine, but allowing fermentation to continue until the end. Vinification of Royal Oporto Extra Dry White: Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with temperature control, in contact with the skins until the addition of grape spirit. The wine then ages in oak tanks for a period of 18 months.
