Description
Description
A very fine wine made 100% from the Rufete grape variety, which we ferment in two small stainless steel tanks, partly with stems, partly without. In this way, we are able to extract on one hand the vegetal and rustic component of Rufete, and on the other hand, the more fruity and elegant profile. The Batch ages in used French oak barrels so that the wood does not overpower the varietal character of the wine.
