    Produced from the Syrah grape variety and originating from vineyards located in the Setubal peninsula. The grape enters the winery, is refrigerated and gently pressed. The obtained must ferments at low temperatures, achieving a very slow fermentation aimed at preserving the primary aromas of the variety.
