    Description

    Vinification of Souvall Grande Reserva Red: Careful manual harvesting into boxes up to 20 Kg. The grapes were carefully selected on a sorting table and then destemmed. Fermentation was done in stainless steel tanks with temperature control and indigenous yeasts. Aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels.
