Tequila Komos Añejo Cristalino

Komos is a completely unique expression of the best that Tequila can be, and Komos Anejo Cristalino Tequila is the brand's first offering. Komos is made with an exclusive five-step process: 1. Its origin comes from Jalisco Agave, which is roasted in stone ovens located next to the Tequila volcano in Mexico. 2. Indigenous yeasts are used to ferment its juice, which is then double distilled in copper stills to create the Blanco. 3. From there, the Blanco matures for 12 months in French oak white wine barrels. 4. Next, the Añejo is filtered through a charcoal column to create the Cristalino, and then this liquid is placed in Greek amphorae used to aerate the tequila. 5. Finally, the finished product is decanted into handcrafted vitrified porcelain bottles from Mexico that recall Greek ceramic traditions in a modern expression.
