    Vinification of Quinta Vale Dona Maria Superior Red Wine: at Quinta Vale Do Sabor, in stainless steel for 7 to 12 days at controlled temperatures between 22ºC and 27ºC. Aging: in 2nd and 3rd year French oak barrels for 6 months. Aging in stainless steel tanks for the remaining 13 months.
