Description
Come the Devil and Choose Reserva Red Winemaking: The grapes from the harvest of our members are unloaded and immediately destemmed and crushed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature (26-28ºC). During this period, maceration or soaking is done for 15 days. The wine aged in used French and American oak barrels for 12 months.
