Vincentino Red: Each variety ferments separately for 10 days at 26ºC, followed by a prolonged maceration period in contact with the skins. The aging is partial, in French oak barrels, for 8 months. This blend of grape varieties exhibits the harmony of contrasts, with intense aromas and an elegant palate.
